Anahí Hoeneisen (1971) has always combined her work as a producer and director, in addition to having also worked as an actress. He produced the short films Trench (2001) and Tuyo hasta la muerte (2002), and was in charge of the production, promotion, and international distribution of Out of Play (Víctor Arregui, 2002), the first film to win the Cinema under construction award. His debut film was Those are not penalties, co-directed with Daniel Andrade, of which he is also a screenwriter. They then both directed the feature film Eighty-seven.
